Purpose of processing
The data from the form is used only to reply to your enquiry.
- To analyse the described task and prepare a proposal.
- To contact you at the address you gave.
- The data is not used for mailings and is not passed to advertising systems.
Legal basis
The basis is your own request: the processing is needed to answer your enquiry.
- By sending the form you ask us to contact you.
- Consent can be withdrawn by writing to the support address.
- There are exactly as many required fields as answering needs.
Retention period
If no collaboration follows, 12 months. If it does, the term of the contract plus the period set by Finnish accounting legislation.

- After the contract, the retention period is set by Finnish accounting legislation.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and erase your data.
- To receive a copy of the data we hold about you.
- To correct inaccurate data.
- To request erasure and restriction of processing.
- To lodge a complaint with the Finnish supervisory authority (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto).

There are no third-party processors.
The form is sent to our own backend at softdev.fi. The data from the form does not pass through third-party form, CRM or analytics services: this process has no processors as subcontractors.
