How we work

The same order on every task: first the analysis, then the scope and the schedule, then the work with its checkpoints. Below is what happens at each step.

Analysing the task

The first step is always the same: understand what happens now and what should happen instead.

  • We read the description of the task and ask clarifying questions by email.
  • We say whether the task is solved by an existing product, by a construction of agents or by separate development.
  • If the task cannot be solved with our means, we say so in the first reply.

Scope and schedule

The schedule is stated after the analysis, not before it.

  • We state the scope, the schedule and the terms in a single document.
  • We split the work into stages, each with a result that can be checked.
  • We do not start work without an agreed scope.

Checkpoints

Every agent has a point where the decision stays with a human.

  • We define what the agent does itself and what goes to the operator.
  • A failure or an unusual situation always goes to a human.
  • Every step is written into the work log.

Rights and handover

Rights are agreed in advance, not at the end of the work.

  • The products remain ours.
  • Rights to custom development can be transferred to the client — the terms are in the contract.
  • We train the operators to work with the system.

After launch

The work does not end at delivery. The system keeps living: updates, monitoring, development.

  • Support is agreed separately from development.
  • Changes follow the same order: analysis, scope, schedule.
  • Support hours: Mon–Thu 9–16, Fri 9–15 Finnish time. Closed on Saturday and Sunday.
